AgriExperts in the year 2021, conducted two economic feasibility studies for two regional planning commissions in Missouri, funded through a grant by Economic Development Association (EDA). AgriExperts regional research projects concentrated on the economic and social impact of broadband and the implications for federal, state and private sector funding for broadband expansion in the two regions. These feasibility studies quantify the economic and social impact of high speed broadband internet on the rural communities that are so vital to Missouri’s economic growth.
